§15A‑765. Authority and duty of official in charge of institution.
It shall be lawful andmandatory upon the warden or other official in charge of a penal orcorrectional institution in this State to give over the person of any inmatethereof whenever so required by the operation of the Agreement on Detainers. (1965,c. 295, s. 5; 1973, c. 1286, s. 22.)
