§ 15B‑36.  Convictionoverturned or pardon issued.

If profit from crime issubject to a provisional remedy on behalf of eligible persons and theconviction for the criminal offense from which profit from crime is realized isreversed, vacated, or set aside, or if the offender has been granted anunconditional pardon of innocence for the criminal offense, those funds shallbe returned to the rightful owner.
