§ 160A‑226. Determination of costs.

When the project is complete, the council shall ascertain the totalcost. In addition to construction costs, the cost of all necessary legalservices, the amount of interest paid during construction, costs of rights‑of‑way,and the costs of publication of notices and resolutions may be included. Thedetermination of the council as to the total cost of any project shall beconclusive. (1915, c. 56, s. 9;C.S., s. 2711; 1971, c. 698, s. 1.)
