§ 160A‑265.  Use and disposal of property.

In the discretion of the council, a city may: (i) hold, use, change theuse thereof to other uses, or (ii) sell or dispose of real and personalproperty, without regard to the method or purpose of its acquisition or to itsintended or actual governmental or other prior use.
