§ 160A‑316. Independent water companies to supply information.

The owner or operator of any independent or private water distributionsystem operating within a city that maintains and operates a sewage collectionand disposal system shall furnish to the city upon request copies of watermeter readings and any other water consumption records and data that the citymay require to bill and collect its sewer rents and charges.
