§ 160A‑349.11. Price of lands included in budget.

If any lands are acquired by purchase or condemnation for cemeterypurposes and the board of trustees shall not have sufficient funds with whichto pay for the same, the amount necessary shall be included in their budgetrequest, and the governing body of any town or city may make an appropriationto complete the purchase.
