§ 160A‑400.10. Conflict with other laws.

Whenever any ordinance adopted pursuant to this Part requires a longerwaiting period or imposes other higher standards with respect to a designatedhistoric landmark or district than are established under any other statute,charter provision, or regulation, this Part shall govern.  Whenever theprovisions of any other statute, charter provision, ordinance or regulationrequire a longer waiting period or impose other higher standards than areestablished under this Part, such other statute, charter provision, ordinanceor regulation shall govern.
