§ 160A‑400.31.  Applicability to localgovernment of constitutional and statutory procedures for approval of debt.

In the event that any of the obligations of the local government in thedevelopment agreement constitute debt, the local government shall comply, atthe time of the obligation to incur the debt and before the debt becomesenforceable against the local government, with any applicable constitutionaland statutory procedures for the approval of this debt.
