§ 160A‑414. Financial support.

The city council may appropriate for the support of the inspectiondepartment any funds that it deems necessary. It may provide for payinginspectors fixed salaries or it may reimburse them for their services by payingover part or all of any fees collected. It shall have power to fix reasonablefees for issuance of permits, inspections, and other services of the inspectiondepartment. (1969, c. 1065, s.1; 1971, c. 698, s. 1.)
