§ 160A‑453.  Staffservices; advisory council.

The commission may recommend to the municipal or county governing boardsuitable arrangements for the procurement or provision of staff or technicalservices for the commission, and the governing board may appropriate suchamount as it deems necessary to carry out the purposes for which it wascreated. The commission may establish an advisory council or other committees. (1971, c. 896, s. 6; c. 1058.)
