§ 160A‑454.  Annualreport.

The commission shall, no later than April 15 of each year, submit tothe municipal or county governing body a written report of its activities, astatement of its expenditures to date for the current fiscal year, and itsrequested budget for the next fiscal year. All accounts and funds of thecommission shall be administered substantially in accordance with therequirements of the Municipal Fiscal Control Act or the County Fiscal ControlAct.
