§ 160A-563. Actions against the authority.

§ 160A‑563. Actions against the authority.

In every action against the authority for damages, for injuries to realor personal property, or for the destruction thereof, or for personal injuriesor death, the complaint shall contain an allegation that at least 30 days haveelapsed since the demand, claim or claims upon which such action is foundedwere presented to a member of the authority, or to its secretary, or to itschief executive officer and that the authority has neglected or refused to makean adjustment or payment thereof for 30 days after such presentment.
