§ 160A‑580. Authority of Utilities Commission not affected.

Except as otherwise provided herein, nothing in this Article shall beconstrued to limit or otherwise affect the power or authority of the NorthCarolina Utilities Commission or the right of appeal to the North CarolinaUtilities Commission as provided by law.
