§ 160A‑611. Authority of Utilities Commission not affected.
(a) Except as otherwise provided in this Article, nothing inthis Article shall be construed to limit or otherwise affect the power orauthority of the North Carolina Utilities Commission or the right of appeal tothe North Carolina Utilities Commission as provided by law.
(b) The North Carolina Utilities Commission shall not havejurisdiction over rates, fees, charges, routes, and schedules of an Authorityfor service within its territorial jurisdiction. (1989, c. 740, s. 1.)
