§ 160A‑647.  Bondsand notes authorized.

In addition to the powers granted by this Article, the Authority mayissue bonds and notes pursuant to the provisions of The State and LocalGovernment Revenue Bond Act, Article 5 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes,for the purpose of financing public transportation systems or any part thereofand to refund such bonds and notes, whether or not in advance of their maturityor earliest redemption date.
