§ 160A-671. Termination of district.
§ 160A‑671. Termination of district.
The Board of Trustees, after providing for the continued availabilityof natural gas service to its customers, if any, may terminate the existence ofthe district at any time when it has no outstanding indebtedness. The Board ofTrustees shall file notification of the termination with the Secretary ofState. (1997‑426, s. 2.)
