§ 162A‑16. Contributions or advances to authority by political subdivisions.

Any political subdivision is hereby authorized to make contributions oradvances to an authority, from any moneys which may be available for suchpurpose, to provide for the preliminary expenses of such authority in carryingout the provisions of this Article. Any such advances may be repaid to suchpolitical subdivisions from the proceeds of bonds issued by such authorityunder this Article. (1955, c. 1195, s.15; 1971, c. 892, s. 1.)
