§ 162A‑18.  Actionsagainst authority by riparian owners.

Any riparian owner alleging an injury as a result of any act of anauthority created under this Article may maintain an action for relief againstthe acts of the authority either in the county where the lands of such riparianowner lie or in the county in which the principal office of the authority ismaintained.
