§ 162A‑89.  Governing body of district; powers.

(a)        The board of commissioners of the county in which a countywater and sewer district is created is the governing body of the district.

(b)        The governing board of a consolidated city‑county inwhich a water and sewer district is created is the governing body of thedistrict. (1977, c. 466, s.1; 1995, c. 461, s. 8.)
