§ 163‑166.9. Curbside voting.
In any election or referendum, if any qualified voter is able to travelto the voting place, but because of age or physical disability and physicalbarriers encountered at the voting place is unable to enter the voting enclosureto vote in person without physical assistance, that voter shall be allowed tovote either in the vehicle conveying that voter or in the immediate proximityof the voting place. The State Board of Elections shall promulgate rules forthe administration of this section. (2001‑460, s.3.)
