§ 163‑239.  Article21 relating to absentee voting by servicemen and certain civilians notapplicable.

Except as otherwise provided therein, Article 21 of this Chapter,relating to absentee registration and voting by servicemen and certaincivilians, shall not apply to or modify the provisions of this Article. (1963, c. 457, s. 11; 1967, c. 775, s. 1; 1977, c.469, s. 1.)
