§ 163‑278.24.  Statements examined within fourmonths.

Within four months after the date of each election or referendum, theExecutive Director shall examine or cause to be examined each statement filedwith the Board under this Article, and, referring to the election orreferendum, determine whether the statement conforms to law and to the truth.
