§ 163‑278.306. Treasurer.

(a)        Each legal expensefund shall appoint a treasurer and, under verification, report the name andaddress of the treasurer to the Board.

(b)        A legal expensefund may remove its treasurer. In case of the death, resignation, or removal ofits treasurer, the legal expense fund shall appoint a successor within 10calendar days of the vacancy and certify the name and address of the successorin the same manner provided in the case of an original appointment.

(c)        Every treasurer ofa legal expense fund shall receive training from the Board as to the duties ofthe office within three months of appointment and at least once every fouryears thereafter. (2007‑349,s. 1.)
