§ 163‑278.99C. Unaffiliated and new‑party candidates.

Unaffiliated candidatescertified pursuant to G.S. 163‑122 and new‑party candidatescertified pursuant to G.S. 163‑98 shall be eligible for revenues from theFund in the same amounts and at the same time as specified in G.S. 163‑278.99.For unaffiliated candidates and new‑party candidates not certified toappear on the ballot by noon on the deadline set in G.S. 163‑106(c) forcandidate filing in the election year, the deadline for seeking certification toreceive revenue from the Fund is noon on the first business day of July of theelection year.
