§ 163‑82.28.  The HAVAElection Fund.

There is established a specialfund to be known as the Election Fund. All funds received for implementation ofthe Help America Vote Act of 2002, Public Law 107‑252, shall be depositedin that fund. The State Board of Elections shall use funds in the Election Fundonly to implement HAVA. (2003‑12, s. 1; 2005‑276, s. 23A.2(a); 2005‑323, s.7; 2006‑264, s. 76(d).)
