§ 165-10. Transfer of veterans' activities. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 165‑10.  Transferof veterans' activities.

The Governor may transfer to the Department such funds, facilities,properties and activities now being held or administered by the State for thebenefit of veterans, their families and dependents, as he may deem proper;provided, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to the activitiesof the North Carolina Employment Security Commission in respect to veterans.
