§ 165‑14. Application of Article.

This Article applies to every person, either male or female, 18 yearsof age or over, but under 21 years of age, who is, or who may become, entitledto any rights or benefits under the laws of the United States relating toveterans benefits. (1945, c. 770;1967, c. 1060, s. 3.)
