§ 165‑9. Appropriations.

Appropriations for the Department shall be made from the general fundof the State, and the Governor, with the approval of the Council of State, ishereby authorized and empowered to allocate from time to time from theContingency and Emergency Fund, such funds as may be necessary to carry out theintent and purposes of this Article.
