§18B‑1113.  Authorization of nonresident malt beverage vendor permit.

The holder of a nonresidentmalt beverage vendor permit may sell, deliver, and ship malt beverages in thisState only to wholesalers, importers, and bottlers licensed under this Chapter,as authorized by the ABC laws.  The malt beverages must come to rest at thelicensed premises of a malt beverage wholesaler in this State before beingresold to a retailer.  A nonresident malt beverage vendor permit may be issuedto a brewery, an importer, or a bottler outside North Carolina who desires tosell, deliver, and ship malt beverages into this State.
