§ 19-4. Violation of injunction; punishment.

§19‑4.  Violation of injunction; punishment.

In case of the violation ofany injunction granted under the provisions of this Chapter, the court, or, invacation, a judge thereof, may summarily try and punish the offender. A partyfound guilty of contempt under the provisions of this section shall be punishedby a fine of not less than two hundred ($200.00) or more than one thousanddollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than three ormore than six months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
