§ 19A‑41.  Legalrepresentation by the Attorney General.

It shall be the duty of theAttorney General to represent the Commissioner of Agriculture and theDepartment of Agriculture and Consumer Services, or to designate some member ofhis staff to represent the Commissioner and the Department, in all actions orproceedings in connection with this Article.
