§ 1C‑1858.  Statute oflimitations.

An action to recognize aforeign‑country judgment must be commenced within the earlier of the timeduring which the foreign‑country judgment is effective in the foreigncountry or 10 years from the date that the foreign‑country judgmentbecame effective in the foreign country.  (2009‑325, s. 2.)
