§ 20‑17.9.  Revocationof commercial drivers license with a P or S endorsement upon conviction ofcertain offenses.

The Division shall revoke thecommercial drivers license with a P or S endorsement of any person convicted ofany offense on or after December 1, 2009, that requires registration underArticle 27A of Chapter 14 of the General Statutes. The person may apply for theissuance of a new commercial drivers license pursuant to this Chapter, but,pursuant to G.S. 20‑17.4, shall remain disqualified from obtaining acommercial drivers license with a P or S endorsement for the period of timeduring which the person is required to maintain registration.  (2009‑491, s. 3.)
