§ 20‑279.26.  Owner maygive proof for others.

Whenever any person requiredto give proof of financial responsibility hereunder is or later becomes anoperator in the employ of any owner, or is or later becomes a member of theimmediate family  or household of the owner, the Commissioner shall acceptproof given by such owner in lieu of proof by such other person to permit suchother person to operate a motor vehicle for which the owner has given proof asherein provided. The Commissioner shall designate the restrictions imposed bythis section on the face of such person's license. (1953, c. 1300, s. 26.)
