§ 20‑279.28.  Otherproof may be required.

Whenever any proof offinancial responsibility filed under the provisions of this Article no longerfulfills the purposes for which required, the Commissioner shall for thepurpose of this Article, require other proof as required by this Article, orwhenever it appears that proof filed to cover any motor vehicle owned by aperson does not cover all motor vehicles registered in the name of such person,the Commissioner shall require proof covering all such motor vehicles. TheCommissioner shall suspend the license or the nonresident's operating privilegepending the filing of such other proof. (1953, c. 1300, s. 28.)
