§ 20‑279.3. Commissioner to furnish operating record.

The Commissioner shall uponrequest furnish any person a certified abstract of the operating record of anyperson required to comply with the provisions of this Article, which abstractshall also  fully designate the motor vehicle, if any, registered in the nameof such person, and if there shall be no record of any conviction of suchperson of violating any law relating to the operation of a motor vehicle or ofany injury or damage caused by such person, the Commissioner shall so certify.
