§ 20‑308.13.  Regulationof motor vehicle captive finance sources.

The General Assembly finds anddeclares that the distribution of motor vehicles in the State of North Carolinavitally affects the general economy of the State and the public interest andpublic welfare, and in the exercise of its police power, it is necessary toregulate motor vehicle captive finance sources doing business in North Carolinato protect and preserve the investments and properties of the citizens of thisState.
