§ 20‑308.18.  Hearingnotice.

In every case of a hearingbefore the Commissioner authorized under this Article, the Commissioner shallgive reasonable notice of each such hearing to all interested parties, and theCommissioner's decision shall be binding on the parties, subject to the rightsof judicial review and appeal as provided in Chapter 150B of the GeneralStatutes. The costs of such hearings shall be assessed by the Commissioner. (2005‑409, s. 3.)
