§ 20‑324.  Expirationand renewal of licenses; fees.

(a)        Renewal. – Alicense issued under this Article expires two years after the date the licenseis issued. To renew a license, the license holder must file an application forrenewal with the Division.

(b)        Fees. – Anapplication for an initial license or the renewal of a license must beaccompanied by the application fee for the license. The application fee for aschool license is eighty dollars ($80.00). The application fee for aninstructor license is sixteen dollars ($16.00). The application fee for alicense is not refundable.
