§ 20‑363.  Removal andreplacement of obstructions.

All obstructions, includingmailboxes, traffic signals, signs, and utility lines will be removedimmediately prior to and replaced immediately after the move at the expense ofthe mover. Any property, real or personal, to be removed, which is not locatedin the right‑of‑way, shall not be removed until the owner isnotified and arrangements for and approval from the owner are obtained.  (1977, c. 720, s. 8; 2008‑89,s. 3.)
