§ 20‑385.  Fee schedule.

(a)        The fees listed inthis section apply to a motor carrier. These fees are in addition to any feesrequired under the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement.

(1)        Repealedby Session Laws 2007‑492, s. 5, effective August 30, 2007.

(2)        Applicationby an intrastate motor carrier for a

            certificateof exemption                                                                          45.00

(3)        Certificationby an interstate motor carrier that it is

            notregulated by the United States Department
