§ 20‑4.26.  Effect onother laws or agreements.

Except as expressly requiredby the provisions of this Article, this Article does not affect the right of amember state to the Drivers License Compact to apply any of its other lawsrelating to licenses to drive to any person or circumstance, nor does itinvalidate or prevent any driver license agreement or other cooperativearrangement between a member state and a state that is not a member.
