§ 20‑4.28. Administration and exchange of information.

The head of the licensingauthority of each member state is the administrator of the Drivers LicenseCompact for that state.  The administrators, acting jointly, have the power toformulate all necessary procedures for the exchange of information under thiscompact.  The administrator of each member state shall furnish to theadministrator of each other member state any information or documentsreasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of this compact.
