§ 20‑4.9.  Suspension ofreciprocity benefits.

Agreements, arrangements ordeclarations made under the authority of this Article may include provisionsauthorizing the Division to suspend or cancel the exemptions, benefits orprivileges granted thereunder to a vehicle which is in violation of any of theconditions or terms of such agreements, arrangements or declarations or is inviolation of the laws of this State relating to motor vehicles or rules andregulations lawfully promulgated thereunder.
