Signatures.
§ 22A‑1. Use of asignature facsimile by a person with a disability.
A person with a disability, asdefined in G.S. 168A‑3(7a), may use a registered signature facsimile as aproper mark of the person's legal signature. An example of the signaturefacsimile shall be registered by the person with a disability with the clerk ofthe superior court in the county where the person lives. The registeredsignature facsimile may be revoked at any time in writing by the person with adisability. (1973,c. 878; 1997‑208, s. 1; 2009‑570, s. 34.)
