§23‑12.  Trustee violating duties guilty of misdemeanor.

If any trustee in a deed oftrust for the benefit of creditors shall fail to file his inventory as requiredby law, or shall knowingly make any false statement in such inventory, or shallknowingly fail to include any property therein, or shall sell any part of theproperty described in the deed of trust within ten days unless such property sosold be perishable, or shall fail to file either of the quarterly accounts orthe final accounts as required by law, or shall knowingly make any falsestatement in such quarterly or final account, or shall knowingly fail toinclude any property, money or disbursement in such quarterly or final account,he shall, in either case, be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
