§ 23-37. If fraud found, debtor imprisoned.

§23‑37.  If fraud found, debtor imprisoned.

If, on the trial, the juryfinds that there is any fraud or concealment, the judgment shall be that thedebtor be imprisoned until a full and fair disclosure and account of all hismoney, property or effects be made by the debtor.
