§ 25‑1‑106.  Useof singular and plural; gender.

In this Chapter, unless thestatutory context otherwise requires:

(1)        Words in thesingular number include the plural, and those in the plural include thesingular; and

(2)        Words of any genderalso refer to any other gender. (1965, c. 700, s. 1; 2006‑112, s. 1.)
