§ 25‑1‑205. Reasonable time; seasonableness.

(a)        Whether a time fortaking an action required by this Chapter is reasonable depends on the nature,purpose, and circumstances of the action.

(b)        An action is takenseasonably if it is taken at or within the time agreed or, if no time isagreed, at or within a reasonable time. (1899, c. 733, s. 193; Rev., s. 2343; C.S., s. 2978;1965, c. 700, s. 1; 2006‑112, s. 1.)
