§25‑2‑715. Buyer's incidental and consequential damages.
(1) Incidental damagesresulting from the seller's breach include expenses reasonably incurred ininspection, receipt, transportation and care and custody of goods rightfullyrejected, any commercially reasonable charges, expenses or commissions inconnection with effecting cover and any other reasonable expense incident tothe delay or other breach.
(2) Consequentialdamages resulting from the seller's breach include
(a) any loss resultingfrom general or particular requirements and needs of which the seller at thetime of contracting had reason to know and which could not reasonably beprevented by cover or otherwise; and
(b) injury to person orproperty proximately resulting from any breach of warranty. (1965,c. 700, s. 1.)
